Terms of Use

Last updated: 06 September 2026

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Molangyaw website and its information, comparison tools and related content.

By using Molangyaw, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.

Molangyaw is an independent information website designed to help skilled workers understand and compare potential overseas pathways. It is not a recruitment agency, employment agency, immigration advisory service or legal service.

1. Informational purpose

Molangyaw provides general informational content based on publicly available sources, including government immigration information, occupation frameworks, skills-assessment authorities, professional regulators and labour-market information.

The website is designed to help users identify pathways that may be worth investigating.

Molangyaw does not assess your individual immigration eligibility and does not provide personalised immigration, legal, employment or licensing advice.

2. No guarantee of eligibility or outcome

Information displayed through Molangyaw does not guarantee that you:

  • qualify for a visa, work permit or residence pathway;
  • meet the requirements of an occupation or skills-assessment authority;
  • will obtain professional registration or licensing;
  • will receive a job offer;
  • will be admitted to a particular immigration programme;
  • will receive any particular salary or employment conditions; or
  • will successfully migrate to or work in a destination country.

Individual outcomes depend on the rules, evidence requirements and decisions of the relevant authorities, employers and regulators.

3. Strong Match and Conditional classifications

Molangyaw may classify skill-and-country combinations using labels such as Strong Match and Conditional.

A Strong Match means Molangyaw has identified a direct or closely corresponding occupation, pathway or skilled-trade framework in current official sources.

A Conditional classification means a potentially relevant route exists, but the match may depend more heavily on matters such as exact occupational duties, qualifications, licensing, employer requirements, work experience, language requirements or route-specific conditions.

These classifications are informational indicators only.

They are not legal determinations, immigration decisions, employment recommendations or guarantees of personal eligibility.

4. Official sources take priority

Molangyaw aims to direct users toward relevant official sources.

Government rules, occupation lists, programme criteria, professional requirements and immigration policies may change at any time.

If information on Molangyaw differs from information published by the relevant government authority, regulator or official assessment body, the official source takes priority.

Users should always verify current requirements before making financial, employment, education or migration decisions.

5. Accuracy and availability of information

We aim to keep Molangyaw useful, clear and reasonably current.

However, we do not guarantee that all information will always be complete, current, error-free or suitable for a particular user.

Information may become outdated because of:

  • changes in immigration law or policy;
  • changes to occupation lists;
  • changes in skills-assessment rules;
  • licensing or professional-registration changes;
  • labour-market changes;
  • government website updates;
  • changes in programme availability.

We may update, remove or revise content at any time without notice.

6. User responsibility

You are responsible for evaluating whether information on Molangyaw is relevant to your circumstances.

Before acting on any pathway information, you should independently verify important requirements with the relevant official authority.

Where professional advice is required, you should obtain advice from an appropriately authorised or regulated professional.

7. External links

Molangyaw contains links to government websites, regulators, assessment bodies and other third-party resources.

These links are provided for convenience and evidence verification.

Molangyaw does not control external websites and is not responsible for their:

  • content;
  • availability;
  • accuracy;
  • privacy practices;
  • security; or
  • services.

A link does not necessarily mean that Molangyaw endorses every aspect of the external organisation or service.

8. Recruitment and employment

Molangyaw does not recruit workers, place candidates with employers or act as an employment intermediary.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Molangyaw does not:

  • accept job applications on behalf of employers;
  • arrange interviews;
  • negotiate employment contracts;
  • collect recruitment fees;
  • sponsor visas; or
  • represent employers or workers in recruitment transactions.

9. Immigration and legal services

Molangyaw does not provide immigration representation or legal advice.

Information on the website should not be treated as a substitute for advice from a suitably authorised immigration adviser, lawyer, government authority or relevant professional regulator.

10. Commercial relationships and affiliate links

Molangyaw may include advertising, affiliate links, referral arrangements or commercial relationships with selected third-party preparation-service providers.

Commercial content will be clearly identified where appropriate. Molangyaw may receive a referral fee, commission or other compensation when a user follows or purchases through certain commercial links.

Commercial relationships do not influence Molangyaw’s Strong Match or Conditional classifications, pathway evidence, country comparisons, preparation priorities or the placement of official government and regulatory resources.

Official and authoritative resources remain independent from commercial provider relationships.

The inclusion of a commercial provider does not constitute a guarantee, endorsement of every aspect of that provider’s services, or a representation that the provider is suitable for every user or every official procedure.

Users remain responsible for checking whether a third-party service is appropriate for their circumstances and accepted by the relevant authority where applicable.

11. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the original structure, written content, classifications, presentation and branding of Molangyaw are owned by or licensed to the operator of Molangyaw.

You may use the website for personal, non-commercial informational purposes.

You must not, without permission:

  • reproduce substantial portions of Molangyaw’s original content;
  • systematically scrape or extract the website’s data;

12. Acceptable use

You must not use Molangyaw:

  • unlawfully;
  • to interfere with website security or availability;
  • to introduce malicious software or automated attacks;
  • to attempt unauthorised access to systems or data;

13. Website availability

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of Molangyaw at any time.

We do not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted availability of the website.

Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical problems, hosting issues, security incidents or circumstances outside our control.

14. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Molangyaw and its operator will not be responsible for losses arising solely from reliance on general information provided through the website where users have not independently verified applicable official requirements.

This may include losses connected with migration planning, employment decisions, training expenses, qualification assessments, travel arrangements or third-party services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

15. Changes to these Terms

These Terms of Use may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in Molangyaw’s services, legal obligations or operating model.

The latest version will be published on this page with an updated revision date.
